Item can be returned for an exchange or a refund within 14 days of receipt of delivery. You must contact us at email@example.com to request an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Once you obtain an RMA number, you can send the item back to us by paying for your own shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any product returned must be in original unused condition with the tag and have the original manufacturer's packaging, such as instruction, manual, warranty card, or a box. Any watch band that has been sized must have all links returned without any damages, niches, scratches, or marks. If the returned product contains any scratches, damages, marks, niches, moisture, improper usage or evidence of tampering will void your ability to exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email whether the return is approved or not based on the condition of the item. Once it's approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 3-4 business days. We reserve the right to refuse any return if there is:
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet after 3-4 business days, check with your bank or credit card company first. Different institutions may have different processing time for the refund to be posted officially. If you are still unable to get your refund after checking with your financial institution, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale item (if applicable)
Unfortunately any sale item cannot be returned for a refund. It may be returned for the same item only if there is a manufacturer's defect on the original item purchased.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Otherwise, all the refund amount will be given back to the original purchaser who made the payment.
- Contact us at email@example.com and briefly explain reason for return to obtain RMA number. Also indicate you want refund or exchange.
- Pay for your own shipping and ship the product back to us at Cosmos Boutique New Jersey, 1642 Schlosser St., Fort Lee, NJ 07024, United States. Indicate RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we'll proceed for the refund, which will take approximately 3-4 business days upon completion of inspection.
